Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Internet site is built on the Yahoo Store(tm) system which utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax will only apply to residents of Maryland in which we are registered, but not to any other US state or the rest of the world. Specific countries outside the United States may levy an import tax that is beyond our control.

What's your minimum order?

We currently have a minimum order of $250.

How can I become a member, start ordering and have access to wholesale pricing?

Do you dropship?

Unfortunately we do not dropship currently. If you are an established business with large volume, we may make an exception.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please make the check payable to:

How much will my shipping charges be?

During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed at the final checkout. Unfortunately, we can not control customs or duties charges for orders shipped outside the US.

What is your returns process?

It’s easy. You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 30 days of receiving. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
